This is a fantastic rental! Booked through mid-November last year and we already have SEVENTEEN reservations for the 2013 vacation rental season! With fantastic ocean views and the sandy beach at the bottom of the steps, you will want to be on permanent vacation...as it should be! Hardwood floors in the bedrooms and hall, carpeting in the living area, easy-no- care vinyl in the baths, and tile at the east entry. There is the traditional wrap- around style porch that beckons a hammock and a novel to capture the awesome Atlantic Ocean views. You can stroll along the re-nourished beach, soak up the sun at your back door, and enjoy a refreshing beverage on YOUR porch. Character and charm are evident throughout this beach house...oh, if those walls could talk...what a story they would tell! This cottage has a fantastic rental history, however perhaps you could own it just to enjoy with family and friends...making those wonderful Outer Banks memories for generations to come!
