The fertilizer plant was built in1963, and is a large wood structure with masonite siding and composition roof. Sits next to formerly used rail line, and is in need of a lot of repair. The land is irregular shaped, being wide at the north end to include the metal shop, pole barn, fertilizer plant which lays to the northeast of the property, and the grain bins lay south of the metal shed.
