A Setting Like No Other
Virginia's Chesapeake Bay country is a region that offers an array of coastal settings from wide sand beaches with unending views, deep- water harbors, to low country habitats with an abundance of shore wildlife. Although the region is quite provincial with a charming coastal village quality, this particular community offers superior amenities. Explore the boutique shops, fine antique stores, eclectic gift shops or just go 'junking' in the many consignment shops, weekend flea markets and yard sales. For recreation, walk or cycle the country roads, enjoy award-winning golf courses, discover bird sanctuaries and nature preserves and, of course, the water. Crab Pointe on the southern edge of the Northern Neck is a peninsula, bordered by the two most prestigious bodies of water of the region the Rappahannock River and Carters Creek. These two large parcels represent both settings.
