William (Bill) Shue
Chief Executive Officer

William (Bill) Shue joined the company as Chief Executive Officer in December, 2011.
Previously, Bill co-founded iSucceed, Inc. in 1999 along with a distinguished team of the real estate industry's top-producing agents and served as its president and CEO. The service was created as a "best practices" peer-to-peer productivity vehicle for new and veteran agents searching for the industry's most effective moneymaking tips, proven tools, and practical business strategies. In 2004, Bill merged his company with Stefan Swanepoel and RealtyU to become the largest professional development company for real estate agents and brokers offering training, education, and development both online and through its 40 school network.
Prior to co-founding iSucceed, Shue conceptualized and co-founded Caribiner International, where as president and CEO he successfully built the company from a startup to a $100+ million New York Stock Exchange company during a 9-year period. Under his direction Caribiner became the undisputed leader in corporate training and audio/video productions. The Fortune 500 companies on its client roster included IBM, Ford, Disney, American Airlines, Johnson & Johnson, and many more.
Bill holds a B.S. in accounting from Rider University and a MBA in finance from the University of Houston. He has also held various professional licenses during his career, including CPA, insurance, and Securities licenses 7, 24, and 27.


Richard (Allen) Harrod
Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Harrod has been with the Company since 1976. Prior to being promoted to his current position he was President of Printing Operations. Previously he was Chief Operating Officer for The Printing House and Senior Vice President of Operations for The Printing House. Allen has headed overall printing operations since 1990.
His previous experience with the Company is comprised of a variety of management, customer service and operating positions, including Vice President of Operations for The Printing House, Vice President of Customer Service for Homes & Land and The Printing House.


Robert A. Hardy
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Hardy was hired in February 1997 as the Company's Controller and was made Chief Financial Officer in November 1997. He is responsible for all financial functions of the company. Prior to joining the Company in early 1997, Robert served as Group Operations Controller for the Media Services Division of Rand McNally in Nashville, Tennessee for over 2 years. During that time, he oversaw financial operations of facilities in Nashville, Tennessee; Fremont, California; and Shannon, Ireland. His prior experience includes seven years as Controller for Ebonite International, Inc. in Hopkinsville, Kentucky, the world's largest manufacturer and distributor of bowling products and he was previously Budget Administrator and Cost/Inventory Accountant for the Consumer Electronics Division of General Electric.


Richard Ramsay
Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Ramsay joined the Company in March 2001 as Vice President of Electronic Systems and was promoted to Vice President of RD&E for The Printing House in December 2001. Richard was promoted to his current position in September 2002. From 1997 to 2001, he was employed by Homes.com LLC in Tallahassee as Vice President of Software Engineering.
From 1994 to 1997, he was the Bureau Chief of Technical Services at the Florida Department of State. From 1986 to 1994, he was a software engineer for the Florida Division of Corporations. His prior experience includes progressively responsible positions in management information systems, software development, and Internet advertising systems and design.


Doug Smidley
Vice President of Franchise Sales Support

Mr. Smidley was employed from 1977 to 1998 by The Printing House, our printing division. During that time, Doug managed several departments including Homes & Land customer service and The Printing House commercial printing customer service. In 1998, Doug became Manager of the Company-owned Homes & Land of Tallahassee magazine franchise. He successfully ran this magazine until 2002 when Homes & Land Corporate sold the franchise to an existing Publisher and he accepted a position as Vice President of Franchise Services. In September of 2004 he took his current position with Homes & Land Publishing. Prior to coming to work with The Printing House and Homes & Land, Doug had various positions in the printing and bindery business.
