Hickson Construction Company, Inc., began building in October 1979 in the New Smyrna Beach area. In our 20 plus years in business we have earned a reputation for quality and integrity. We are a licensed General Contractor involved in commercial, residential, renovation and remodeling. Our specialty is custom residential homes. Michael Hickson grew up in Sanford as a fourth generation Floridian. He spent many wonderful times on his grandma's front porch and today his homes reflect that very Florida "Cracker Style" home.
